Chamber welcomes newest member Palumbo Trucking!

Palumbo Trucking and Warehousing originated as a family owned and operated business. In 1960, Vito "Nick" Palumbo busted onto the NYC trucking landscape and strove to fulfill industry demands by establishing a service-driven company that answered the current needs of its customers. Beginning with one truck, an ice truck left over from his father’s ice delivery business, he “got to work” right in the heart of New York City.

Today, more than 60 years later, three of Nick’s sons, and one grandson, are carrying out that same tradition. Though the ice truck is long gone, Palumbo Trucking and Warehousing is still successfully responding to the needs of their customers with superior service and innovation. Palumbo Trucking and Warehousing is still a privately owned and operated organization.

We have built a sound company exclusively on our reputation of reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Our mission statement is our desire to serve our customers with dedication and professionalism, it governs the way we conduct our business. It provides us with direction and purpose.
