Investors Bank recently provided a $30 million commercial mortgage to refinance the loans on a four-building office complex in Bloomfield, New Jersey. The buildings contain 61 office units that occupy more than 396,800 square feet of space. The photo shows the building at 300 Broadacres Drive.
