Each year, the Suburban Essex Chamber of Commerce Foundation offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors that reside in Bloomfield, Belleville and Glen Ridge. The criteria for the scholarships are based on the following:
1. Financial need
2. Fall attendance at a college, university, or vocational school
3. Intention to pursue a career that is business oriented
4. Extra-curricular/community activities
5. Must be a resident of Bloomfield, Belleville or Glen Ridge
